i found the metro station exit right next to the hotel. it was especially useful because i had rainy days. i appreciated the kitchenette. the washing machine also met my family's needs well.

i noticed someone forgot to apply caulking to the bathtub. water flowed into the gap between the tub and the shower wall.

my room was spacious, offering a great harbor view. it was clean and i found the staff friendly (especially at check-in). the location proved perfect for a cruise, with a short walk to the cruise terminal. i appreciated the washing machine and dryer combo in the suite.

The air conditioning unit did not perform well enough. Even when set to the lowest temperature, the room remained too warm throughout the night.

The hotel is close to the cruise port. It is a simple walk. chinatown and the harbor area are also nearby. i could easily access many attractions. it is located near the metro (i liked it).

i found a slightly stale water smell in the bathroom, though it wasn't too bad.
