This hotel features a stellar location near the metro station with convenient connections. The staff displayed an very nice level of friendliness. I also found a fantastic hidden gem in the hotel bar, an open-air spot offering fine views. The cocktails are amazing there, too!

I noticed the hotel lacked a swimming pool, which i would have really liked.

amazing staffmediocre hotellong walk

the staff at the restaurant was amazing, i did include breakfast with my stay.

the hotel said it was a five star hotel, but I do not agree. it felt more like a three and a half or maybe a four star hotel. the subway line was further than i liked. it was a ten min walk to the train station and with bags, it felt too long.

I found the room's design quite impractical. there was no closet to store my clothes. i mentioned it to the staff. Their response was that many guests complain about this, but nothing changed. the breakfast wasn't buffet style. so after a few days, it became monotonous. i expected more variety for a longer stay. the location was not great, as it's next to a busy street.
