This location was amazing. It was just across from the lively market and a short walk to all the important places. the staff were so cute and helpful. the public bath was a true highlight, very much welcomed after long days.

I found it odd that the hotel offered only one towel per person. This seemed insufficient for both the room and the onsen.

the public bath was relaxing (it had high-end toiletries). i also liked the welcome drinks after using it. the location was excellent, and i walked everywhere. the modern, clean look was a delight.

The public bath was nice and clean.

The room felt small compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Japan. The soundproofing was not the best. I could hear noise from other guests (this was quite bothersome).

The hotel location is near the popular market and train station! i found the staff to be very helpful. the public bath facilities were new and clean. I enjoyed using them after exploring the city.

the check-in area got quite crowded and disorganized with luggage, i noticed. it made navigating the lobby a bit challenging at times.
