the hotel rooms were really nice and clean. the staff are all so friendly, i liked it. plus points for the 24hr fitness gym, i used it a few times.
The hotel had strict policies, it was a little annoying. we wanted an early check in and they wanted us to wait in the lobby unless we signed up for a membership. the breakfast wasn't great either. Not a proper buffet.

The staff helped me get a taxi. one staff explained my destination to the driver. this included a stop for walking around. the beds were comfortable and clean. i used the washer and dryer for laundry. The tv showed availability and time left. the hotel was a short walk to the subway. It was also near the train station.
I found the location not ideal. it was a 15-minute walk to the train station. this felt far after a tiring day traveling. It was also not close to a subway.

the premier king room had amazing space. it included separated toilet and bathroom areas. i also found a multi-cable charger, very useful for devices. i really appreciated the drip coffee packs available in the room.
The breakfast i had was not a proper buffet. I received a fixed plate and i couldn't add anything extra.

the staff provided helpful assistance. they placed my luggage in the room prior to my arrival. the front desk team was very kind. they provided plates and utensils for a birthday celebration in the lounge.

a lovely café exists at reception. the cafe offers excellent coffee. i was provided with complimentary tea bags in my room. there are many restaurants near the hotel for dinners!!!
