Really good Hotel Experience

I appreciated the convenient location near the JR station and bus terminal. It made exploring VERY easy. The on-site onsen provided a relaxing experience. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive variety of both Western and Japanese dishes. A highlight was the helpfulness of the staff, who were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.

The location is so convenient. It is a short walk from the train station. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The showers are superb and offer such a refreshing experience.

The photos of the room were somewhat misleading, a small letdown. There was no bedside table in the room which i missed. I found only one chair in the room, more seating would be useful.

mixed feelings about this hotel stay

slow check-inlate dinner

check in was a pain. i arrived a bit early but they acted like i asked them to move mountains. it was like they were deliberately slow, watching the clock, instead of trying to accommodate. also, i was really hoping for dinner at 5 pm since i wasnt feeling well, but found out food service didnt start until 8 pm. that timing is just weird.

The hotel breakfast was fantastic!!! i loved all the options. the rooftop onsen was lovely and relaxing. It was such a treat. the location is very convenient as it is close to the train station.

signs stated dinner could be obtained from 5pm, but the food service started from 8pm. that was quite inconvenient as i had to go out feeling unwell. also, the photos misled me regarding the room facilities.
