Really good Service and Comfort

helpful staff convenient shuttle borrowed items nice touch

The staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout my visit! The hotel provided a convenient shuttle to the nearest subway station, running every twenty minutes. I found several useful items available to borrow, like nail clippers and phone chargers. The room included pyjama suits and a humidifier, which I thought was a very nice touch.

The limited vegetarian options available in the on-site restaurants were a slight inconvenience. Though the breakfast options were generally diverse.

My room was spacious and very clean. It. A tea set allowed me to prepare my own matcha, which I enjoyed. The bathroom was large and well-equipped.

The service was always prompt and courteous. I felt very welcomed. Staff members were consistently available near the lobby entrance, offering assistance. I found that the staff spoke English very well, beneficial.

the staff were very helpful. i had a large, clean room with comfortable furnishings. the breakfast had a wide variety of food. a shuttle bus ran frequently to downtown. it was very reliable.

the hotel felt a little outdated
