a kyoto dream

short walk calming design

i adored how close the hotel was to everything. it was such a short walk from the station and it helped me explore this beautiful city so easily. the room had a comforting design, i liked the clean look.

the room size felt a little small for all our luggage. finding space for everything was a bit tough, and it made navigating the room a little tricky. i hope for a little more space next time.

friendly staff courteous service convenient location

The staff helped me carry my baggage upon arrival. This. The restaurant had space for different types of travelers and offered both local and international options. The service was courteous, and I appreciated that. The hotel is also very close to the train station, and this made getting around easy.

The bathroom was a bit small, but this was only a minor inconvenience.

i found the location convenient.. just steps from the main transport hub. the staff were well-trained and spoke english fluently. the guest lounge provided complimentary tea, coffee, juice, and snacks, a very welcome perk after a long day.

the absence of readily available public restrooms was a minor inconvenience within the hotel's premises.

convenient location and great staff

perfect location friendly staff handy laundry

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the station (it was a very short walk). the staff were really helpful and friendly. i especially liked the laundry facilities. It was handy to wash clothes quickly. the breakfast had both japanese and western options, a good way to start the day.

Check-in was a little slow. I arrived slightly before the official time, but the room wasn't quite ready.

the location is very convenient. it is a short walk to the main train station. many shops and restaurants are close to the hotel. the hotel offers coin laundry on the 7th floor.

i found the room to be small. the window was masked. it tried to give the feeling of a real window, but it was not. the bed was near a wall, so it was not very accessible.

The staff moved me to another room quickly. I asked them because the first room was right next to the smoking area.

The air conditioning barely worked. It took over an hour to function properly, even though the outside temperature was over 35 degrees.
