I loved how friendly all the staff members were. The hotel offered a walking tour by Kenta and it was the highlight of my stay (I learned so much!). The location was excellent.
The bar area was quite small, which slightly limited our options for a relaxed evening drink.

I found MANY things that were disappointing. Breakfast was quite cramped. It was like i was BUMPING into other patrons. The lounge was a complete joke because it has nothing to eat or drink. The hotel could not offer an all-you-can-drink service. It Also doesnt provide good food to enjoy.
The staff were nice and polite. Check in included fresh tea, a classy touch. Escorted to our room, they showed us the hotel amenities. I'm grateful for the central location. It is close to everything.

delicious sushilarge beds
The breakfast had delicious sushi and various foods for everyone. The location was perfect near shrines. i was also surprised by the size of the beds. The twin beds were larger than I expected.
The check-in process was slow, it required extra steps even after providing credit card and passports.
