I LOVED the large rooms! The bathroom layout was especially nice. It was SO CLOSE to the train station and amenities, yet totally quiet. The room felt very luxurious and the staff. It was a fantastic experience.

The minibar selection was somewhat limited, lacking some of my preferred beverages. I would have liked more variety.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station. This was a BONUS! It is close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Access to transportation and dining options is readily available.

The staff were AMAZING and very friendly! They replaced slippers every day, this was very thoughtful! Daily cleaning was so neatly done and I REALLY appreciated how they even folded my clothes.

The hotel's proximity to the train station was convenient.

I found the room to have a strange musty smell that bothered me. My pillow also had a noticeable black stain, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The hotel did not provide toothbrushes, I found this inconvenient.

the hotel location is great because its near to the train station. we arrived with our bus and secured parking. the receptionist processed our documents quickly and brought our luggage to our room.

the blind design does not offer full blackout, and I require an eye mask to sleep. the western breakfast buffet choices are very poor. i think body lotion should also be provided in the bathroom.

my departure was disappointing as i booked a car to the airport the concierge did not proactively update me i had to approach them twice the female staff member was unapologetic and displayed a cold attitude this dampened my otherwise great impression of the hotel i found this important aspect of service was lacking

the room was pristine and pajamas were provided. i especially appreciated the robot that delivered ice to my room late in the evening (around 10 p.m.), it was a cool technological feature.

i received a note stating that toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided. this seemed like penny-pinching given the hotel's claimed status.

The room was spacious. it was also very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. They made exploring easier. the hotel location was excellent. It was a two-minute walk to the station.

i hated that the management is economizing so much. there was no sense of luxury at all. i didnt feel welcomed at any moment. early checkin and room amenities was lacking.
