adequate stay but some issues surfaced

old bathtub bathroom cleaning

the bathroom wasn't great. it looked old and the bathtub felt awkward to get in and out of. it didn't feel very clean either, like the cleaning wasn't thorough. leaving a used glass in the room resulted in it still being there the next day, it's disappointing.

wonderful experience

excellent equipment washer dryer convenient location water dispenser

The gym provided excellent equipment for workouts. i was upgraded to a room. It included a washer and dryer (though basic, there is also a laundry room available). the location is near namba train station. i noticed a water dispenser near the 7th-floor lobby, handy.

the street outside was quite busy, and there was a bit of street noise in the room. (but the room was great).

a Balanced Stay

convenient location spacious room useful amenities slow check-in small bathroom limited options

the location was convenient. it was within walking distance to many shops. our room was a beautiful twin room and was quite spacious. the amenities like washing machines worked well.

the check-in process took some time. i requested an early check-in but received no reply beforehand. the bathroom felt smaller compared to other hotels i've visited. the breakfast options were limited.

fantastic stay!

spacious room functional kitchenette free coffee convenient location

i stayed in a studio twin room and it felt very spacious. the room included a functional kitchenette, which i found very useful for preparing simple meals. the hotel provides complimentary coffee in the lounge on the sixth floor (what a treat!). i also appreciated the proximity to many dining options, including a food court just beside the hotel.

i found the bathroom to be on the smaller side.

a somewhat underwhelming stay

strong smell unhelpful staff

the location is convenient, close to namba station and several restaurants.

the bathroom had a strong smell and felt a bit small. housekeeping also accidentally took one of my personal items, a muslin face cloth, and could not return it. the staff was unhelpful at checkout when i needed help organizing transport to the train station.

poor ventilation road noise

the location was acceptable, close to sights and shopping.

I found the bathroom was small and had no ventilation. An odd smell lingered after the door was closed. the beds were also small when compared to other twin beds i encountered in japan. the soundproofing wasn't good. I could hear a lot of road noise and people passing in the corridor.
