helpful staff convenient location pool schedule skincare products

the hotel staff was helpful. the hotel location made it easy to move around the city using the train, subway, or taxi. shopping centers surrounded the hotel. restaurants were also close by.

the pool schedule was not convenient. the swimming pool was open to children only from 7 am to 9 am. i would have liked more skincare products like lotion and cream.

a charming stay!

main train station easy trips convenient access direct access

the hotel's location inside the main train station proved very convenient. it made trips to osaka and nara so easy. returning to the hotel after long days felt less tiring. i particularly appreciated the direct access to transportation.

I noticed the gym had limited hours for children. This was a slight disappointment, as my kids wanted to swim in the afternoons.

The room was very spacious. i found it so much better than hotels i've stayed at. the amenities included a kettle with coffee and tea. There was also a modern tv with screen mirroring.

The location is very convenient! I could easily travel around, given its proximity to the station. The hotel offers comfortable rooms and multiple restaurants. A helpful concierge desk also added value.

Rooms can be noisy, so it is difficult to sleep without a room with a tower view. I was not expecting such a thing, given the price. I also found stained carpet in the bathroom.

Really good stay!

prime location quality details relaxing evenings

The hotel's location above the railway station IS a HUGE advantage. The views were excellent, showing both the town and surrounding mountains. The room was ample and very comfortable. The quality details added to the experience. The GRANVIA lounge provided superb snacks.

The pool access for children IS restrictive, with limited hours. Kids can only use it between 7:00 and 9:00 am, inconvenient.

I was charmed by the hotel's really good location right inside the station. It made day trips easy! the buffet breakfast had many options, including both european and japanese cuisine. i found the staff to be very attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the hotel's cleanliness was also amazing. The rooms were super clean!

i did notice the fluctuating pricing, a bit unexpected.

The location was convenient, being right at the train station. the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. our room on the 15th floor had plenty of space. the cleaning staff ensured we had enough water, tea, towels, and stationeries daily.

the air conditioning wasn't working well overnight in my room. it was fine in the evening and morning, but seemed to switch off during the night, made sleeping difficult
