the hotel's location inside the main train station proved very convenient. it made trips to osaka and nara so easy. returning to the hotel after long days felt less tiring. i particularly appreciated the direct access to transportation.

I noticed the gym had limited hours for children. This was a slight disappointment, as my kids wanted to swim in the afternoons.

The location is very convenient! I could easily travel around, given its proximity to the station. The hotel offers comfortable rooms and multiple restaurants. A helpful concierge desk also added value.

Rooms can be noisy, so it is difficult to sleep without a room with a tower view. I was not expecting such a thing, given the price. I also found stained carpet in the bathroom.

The hotel's location above the railway station IS a HUGE advantage. The views were excellent, showing both the town and surrounding mountains. The room was ample and very comfortable. The quality details added to the experience. The GRANVIA lounge provided superb snacks.

The pool access for children IS restrictive, with limited hours. Kids can only use it between 7:00 and 9:00 am, inconvenient.
