unpleasant odorclogged sink

I noticed an unpleasant odor on my floor, that was really bothersome. i also found a hair on the bed sheets. the sink drained very slowly. It seemed to be clogged with hair, quite off-putting. i expected better cleanliness.

the hotel was clean , i suppose, something.

the room was smaller than expected , naturally, and the window was ridiculous. it was a tiny , tinted thing. naturally, there was no view and the room felt stuffy. i also found the check-in process surprisingly complicated and slow.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of japanese and western options. i found the location convenient with easy access to shops and restaurants. i appreciated the laundry facilities available for a reasonable fee. i could pay extra for additional drying time if needed.

the staff did not speak much english , , made communication difficult at times. this made it challenging to get detailed information or explanations about hotel services. i would have appreciated more english proficiency from the staff.

the hotel is a modern hotel situated about a ten minute walk from the station. welcome drinks included wine and sake , a nice touch. popular attractions are within walking distance.

the room was spacious and very clean. it was a relaxing twin room sofa and i enjoyed the comfy seating area. the superb breakfast buffet offered both western and japanese cuisines. the food was AMAZING!!!

the check-in process was unusually complicated and long. i had to take a number and wait about half an hour. the lobby was not air-conditioned.

My room was a decent size and very clean. I especially appreciated the foot massager in the room after long days. The free coffee machine in the lobby was a nice perk.
