great location and efficient service

spacious room useful umbrella washing service tranquil garden

The room was spacious. It included a fridge and ice machine. the hotel provided umbrellas in the foyer, which i found very useful. there was also a washing service. I found that to be very convenient. the garden view from my room added to the tranquility.

The lobby area was noisy. It felt a bit messy for a hotel of this standard.

The hotel is near a subway station. a family mart is close by. This is convenient for quick needs. the imperial palace is within walking distance, though the station is a short walk.

i found the staff to be helpful. they promptly assisted when i locked myself out of the safe. the lobby also provided free coffee. amenities were readily available at the entrance.

The room had a separate shower and bathtub. the room included space for luggage as well. a water dispenser was conveniently located on my floor. sleepwear and slippers were provided. The bed was lovely.

the breakfast had a selection of western and japanese options. i found the selection of grilled fish to be a hearty japanese option. the breakfast room was comfortable. tea and coffee were available in the lobby.
