The rooms had really good spaciousness. Rooms included good appointments. I found the support from the guest relations manager amazing. Nosheen was professional and attentive. She were very good, addressing my needs with a warm demeanor.
The air conditioning was very noisy. I couldn't sleep comfortably because of it. If i switched it off, it became too hot. I believe a quieter system would greatly improve comfort.

the room was a beautiful twin room. it was spacious. the breakfast buffet was excellent. i found the staff to be very helpful. they assisted me with my luggage.
The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy. it made it difficult to sleep comfortably at times. the hotel is located behind another building! so it is not visible from the main road. the view from my room faced an old building. It wasn't very appealing
