The room had a nice view. I received complimentary desserts after check-in, (it was a pleasant surprise!). The hotel was clean. The front desk staff, especially Aicha, provided excellent service. I appreciated her help . Christine and Arien provided really good service. I would like to go again soon. The hotel offers reliable internet. Bottled water was provided daily in the room. The breakfast buffet presented a varied selection.

I found a very slight negative point. The gym was sometimes crowded.

i found the staff consistently helpful. daily cleaning kept everything fresh. breakfast offered many choices (i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit).

the hotel entrance for cars felt narrow with a steep incline, a bit awkward.

I found the location convenient. The hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were well-kept and comfortable, with modern amenities. I especially appreciated the prompt and helpful service from the staff (who were always ready to assist). The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The elevators were sometimes a bit slow during peak hours.
