wonderful stay!
chilled bubbly gorgeous table nice touch helpful staff
I arrived to find a chilled bottle of bubbly in my room! i had requested breakfast outside, weather permitting, and the staff created a gorgeous table with ribbons and electric candles. it was a perfect and nice touch! all the staff members were friendly and helpful. They really seemed to love their jobs, it was so great!
the wifi signal in my room was occasionally a little weak, but it wasn't a big deal.

The service was prompt and efficient, especially with requests, such as extra towels and information about nearby attractions. Staff members were consistently friendly and available to address any concerns! i greatly appreciated their attentiveness.

Breakfast included a huge choice of hot items and also gluten-free options. The presentation was also well done. i enjoyed the variety and quality, particularly the fresh fruit and pastries, it was AMAZING!!!

friendly staff helpful staff wildlife feed cold room noisy corridor poor insulation
i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. they provided a lot of bread for us to feed the wildlife. i liked feeding the fish, the swans and the ducks.
my room was cold, and i could not get the radiators to work. the room was on a busy corridor with lots of people walking up and down loudly (it kept me awake).

friendly staff great drinks easy walk
i loved the friendly staff and the great drinks selection they have here! its location right on the river is a major plus. the easy walk into town was super convenient, the terrace is amazing, and the river view from my room was fine!
i noticed the shower pressure was slightly low, but everything else was perfect.

large room river proximity comfortable items
The location sat right on the river, a feature I enjoyed. The room given was large and its river proximity was very convenient. I received slippers and a dressing gown, both items I found comfortable.
The hotel charged a daily fee for parking. I felt this was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel grounds include a well kept lawn. The lawn leads directly to the riverbank. I observed several benches are present . These benches are ideal for sitting and enjoying the view.

Really good Stay by the River
helpful staff city center
The location allowed an easy walk to the cathedral and city center. The staff was very attentive and cheerful. Evening meals provided a good selection. I appreciated the convenience of leaving my car in the parking area while exploring the city.
I noticed the room was quite standard instead of the beautiful room I booked. The limited space caused me to accidentally bump into a pointed dressing table. I also found the bed to be too firm for a comfortable sleep.

grassy area friendly staff delicious food loose taps no hot water unacceptable condition
I appreciated the grassy area by the river. It was a good spot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and I thought it was well worth the visit.
The bathroom needed some attention. The shower taps were loose. The shower did not give a good impression of a well-kept hotel. I heard someone at reception complain about having no hot water. This really is unacceptable.

Charming Hotel with Excellent Service!
superb location ground floor room cathedral view
I found the location to be really superb. The bar restaurant was also very good. I stayed in a ground floor room facing the river and the cathedral. The view was AMAZING!!!
