some issues with the room
the room was clean and complete with amenities.
the air conditioner did not work on the first day i checked in and being on the 25th floor with no cold air when the humid temperature was 39 was stressful. the team fixed it within ten to fifteen minutes, but it was still a poor start to the stay.

amazing food spacious room helpful staff good service
i spent four nights. the restaurant offered amazing food and a breakfast buffet met various tastes. my room was clean and spacious with nice views. the staff are friendly and helpful, they provided good service throughout my stay.
there was a slight wait for elevators during peak hours. it wasn't a big problem, but it's worth noting for planning.

the hotel features two pools and a large, well equipped gym available to guests. there are two restaurants and a rooftop bar to enjoy various culinary and beverage options. kids can enjoy the kids club.

the beautiful two-bedroom apartment had two single beds and included modern tv connections. there were many hangers and a secondary room with kitchen facilities. the large, modern shower was very good and the balcony has good views.

the restaurant has very good food options and the breakfast buffet served a large variety. healthier bread options were available during breakfast and made to order eggs were also an option. the coffee was great.

the front desk staff offered assistance and treated me well. they helped call taxis and checked external businesses for operation. the hotel offered early check in and all staffs are courteous.

I loved the spacious and clean rooms! Our Double Room Balcony had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a huge variety. It suited every taste.
The elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.

modern equipments breakfast options wide windows
the gym have modern equipments. breakfast have many options and the food taste fresh. the room have wide windows and i see the city.
the elevator takes a long time. i wait almost ten minutes every time i need it.
