the room was clean and complete with amenities.

the air conditioner did not work on the first day i checked in and being on the 25th floor with no cold air when the humid temperature was 39 was stressful. the team fixed it within ten to fifteen minutes, but it was still a poor start to the stay.

i spent four nights. the restaurant offered amazing food and a breakfast buffet met various tastes. my room was clean and spacious with nice views. the staff are friendly and helpful, they provided good service throughout my stay.

it wasn't a big problem, but it's worth noting for planning.

the beautiful two-bedroom apartment had two single beds and included modern tv connections. there were many hangers and a secondary room with kitchen facilities. the large, modern shower was very good and the balcony has good views.

the restaurant has very good food options and the breakfast buffet served a large variety. healthier bread options were available during breakfast and made to order eggs were also an option. the coffee was great.

the front desk staff offered assistance and treated me well. they helped call taxis and checked external businesses for operation. the hotel offered early check in and all staffs are courteous.
