amazing buffet friendly staff comfortable rooms unusable pool poor bathroom okay cleanliness

the breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide selection of foods. the rooms were nice and neat, so romantic. millie and charlotte were very friendly and helpful, tender souls indeed.

The pool was open but barely usable, it wasn't cute. the bathroom wasn't well maintained. Such a shame. cleanliness was only okay, not great, it affected my idealistic view.

perfect location excellent service many choices

The location was perfect for exploring. The concierge offered excellent service, assisting with directions and recommendations. Breakfast included many choices, from local dishes to Western options!

I noticed some minor wear in the bathroom fixtures.

helpful staff modern room amazing bathroom varied breakfast

Lily was helpful, addressing every request with a smile! The room was modern and spotlessly clean. I particularly loved the bathroom, such amazing presentation. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

The gym treadmills need some attention.

the staff was helpful when i requested extra towels.

i found multiple hairs in the bathroom sink after i checked in. the shower temperature fluctuated constantly, going from hot to cold without warning. i also requested a late checkout by one hour, but the request was denied despite the inconvenience with the sink.
