Lovely Hospitality

modern room warm welcome

The room had smart TV. The lady at reception gave me welcome drinks plus candies upon a late check-in. Brian provided information about a shower room before my airport departure and helped to book a cab. A staff member gifted me a luck symbol from Vietnam as I left the hotel.

The hotel room service menu had very few options. The options available were not very appealing. I would like to see some more variety.

The rooms has a coffee. Water were free in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a variety every day. The rooftop bar offers city views, I liked it.

The shower entry was difficult, it had no door so it leaked water.

the location was amazing and central. the staff were very good too ensure a nice stay. breakfast had a great variety of options, including fresh fruit daily.

the street outside could get quite noisy in the mornings.

the rooftop bar offered a great view. i enjoyed the free breakfast included with my room. it had a good variety of options. the location was very central, it made exploring convenient.

my room had an internal window. this meant there was no natural light. the mornings were noisy, there were sports activities outside. it was hard to sleep in.

stained furniture challenging bathtub

the staff was helpful, i guess.

the cleanliness wasn't excellent (especially considering the price). the upholstered furniture had stains in the lobby and on the roof terrace. getting into the bathtub to shower was also a challenge, a real feat of athleticism it was.
