staff is so attentive and friendly!

attentive staff friendly cleaner really good hospitality

i totally loved everything about this hotel! staff was very kind and attentive, also the cleaners are super friendly, every single person. the level of hospitality felt really good. this.

the hotel location is kinda far from the city center. a short taxi ride fixes this issue. it also means i explored neighborhoods i might have missed otherwise!

the room included two bottles of complimentary water, replenished daily, this was very useful. there was a tv with international channels. a mini-fridge was available, great for keeping drinks cold.

The breakfast was adequate, though certainly not luxurious.

This hotel claims five stars, but it misses the mark. Our room size was small, and noise from neighboring rooms was easily heard. The air conditioning was centrally controlled, a significant inconvenience.

Excellent and Helpful Hotel Experience

helpful staff smooth check-in spacious rooms excellent assistance

The staff arranged transport from Sapa. A vehicle accommodated seven people. The staff booked an additional room. Communication was very good. Our check-in proceeded smoothly. I was grateful for the assistance. Rooms offered great space. Staff provided excellent assistance.

The hotel lacked a full-length mirror within the room. This was slightly inconvenient when preparing to leave. This absence did not significantly detract from my overall stay. I hope they add it soon.

great location rich breakfast spacious room

i REALLY enjoyed my days there. the hotel location was great, near many attractions. i appreciated the rich breakfast with many options available. the rooms were clean and spacious, very practical.

the centralized AC control was a slight inconvenience, BUT not a big problem.
