excellent service and location

delicious food helpful staff quiet room

The staff greeted me with tea upon arrival. It was a nice touch after my flight. my room was clean and very quiet. breakfast had good choices and delicious food. quynh spent time chatting with me, outlining areas of interest on a map for which i was grateful.

the ac system resulted in air that was cold and humid and the bed sheets felt cold as a result.

the room had a spacious layout and included a flat-screen television with many channels available. the bed had soft, comfortable bedding and several pillows were provided. a minibar was stocked with complimentary water and soft drinks..

the breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of both western and local dishes. fresh fruit juices, pastries, and made-to-order omelets were available. the restaurant staff was attentive and promptly cleared tables.

the hotel is centrally located near many attractions. it is a short walk to many shops and restaurants. transport options are easily accessible from the hotel's front entrance.

the hotel's location is fantastic! it is very close to many key sites, so everything was accessible. the rooms were very well-kept. i found the staff to be amazing, always smiling and eager to assist.

the gym had a strong mould smell, a bit unpleasant.

The staff was very helpful and thoughtful . Mr Duc Doan the receptionist delivered lost earrings. He also provided recommendations and helped with restaurant bookings. The service.

The gym had a strong mold smell it caused some respiratory issues. Spending time outside eased it. It was worst in the mornings.
