the location was fantastic, placing me close to many attractions. the staff showed very nice friendliness and were always ready to assist. i found the breakfast selection amazing (with a diverse array of options). the rooms were also very clean.

the bathroom caulking showed some black staining, a minor issue given the otherwise high standard.

The hotel attempted a familiar scam (it seems). they claimed there was a small stain on the sheets and implied i would be charged if they could not remove it. i refused to pay anything for sheet washing. I found this quite irritating, also, the minibar prices were not clearly displayed. i only discovered the cost upon check-out, unexpected.

The staff was so helpful and always ready to assist with anything i needed! i especially loved the welcome drink. It was perfect after my long flight. the taxi service was also very convenient, and the driver was safe and careful.

the decor felt slightly worn in some areas, but it didn't impact my stay much.
