Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
wonderful staffweather updates
Grace, a staff member, stood out as really good. She offered umbrellas during rainy weather and provided weather updates. I appreciated her fluent English. The breakfast options were healthy and tasty.
It affected the room's sound insulation. The noise was noticeable.

uneven experience with a few drawbacks
noisy air conditioningpoor bathroom
My stay had some issues. the air conditioning was excessively noisy. It disrupted my sleep a lot. the bathroom wasn't great, with cheap finishes. The design did not match the room's style. also, the windows didn't block outside sounds well and i could hear all the street noise.

I found the staff super friendly. Laura helped me set up rides to and from the airport. She also arranged a day trip to Ninh Binh. All the staff are very cute. Rooms are clean and AC works AMAZING!!!

The staff was helpful when I needed directions. The breakfast included some fruit and bread.

The noise was UNACCEPTABLE. the street noise infiltrated my room all night because of poor insulation. additionally, i booked transportation through the hotel, but the driver left me two kilometers from my destination. This caused extra expenses and stress.

I found my room quite clean. It included a smart tv that worked very well. the location was really good for accessing many points of interest. the staff were also very friendly, they provided quick and effective assistance, i'm grateful for their support.
I did worry about its age! though everything else was perfect.
