The staff booked a reasonably priced car to the airport. It was acceptable.

Our room door had a half-centimeter gap at the top. Noise and light poured in. Housekeeping barged in at 7:00 AM one morning. It was quite shocking.

Lilly and tony were really good. Their enthusiastic and helpful attitude made navigating the city simple. lilly scheduled taxis and tours. She always stood ready to assist. the hotel provided simple comfort. A sky bar offered a beautiful space to relax for a reasonable price.

The beautiful room lacked windows, i found this. the bathroom design meant the toilet got wet during showers. This was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is close to hoan kiem lake. This is very convenient for exploring the area. supermarkets and local food stalls were also nearby. This made getting supplies easy.

The staff was helpful assisting with tour bookings and transportation needs. I also found the complimentary breakfast tasty.. it offered unique choices. The location is central, I found many restaurants and shopping stalls nearby.
