really good service and central location

helpful concierge takeaway breakfast responsive manager

jen from the travel desk assisted us with trips to sapa and ninh binh. airport pickup. she prepared a takeaway breakfast for our early checkout. anna, the manager, quickly handled requests, like providing shampoo and arranging transport to ha long.

the room had a small window facing a tight space , making it feel dark.

Really good City Stay

smooth transfers delicious breakfast

The staff provided smooth airport transfers. They also arranged a tour to the Silk and Incense villages. Everything was conveniently settled at the end of my stay. Breakfast was delicious each morning. I found this very stress-free. The location is ideal and quiet, near restaurants and shops. It felt peaceful and relaxing.

There was no early notice or apology. No other options were provided. I felt a bit disappointed.
