modern room attentive staff
The room was well-appointed and modern. I appreciated the nightly turndown service and complimentary tea. Staff members were attentive and knowledgeable. I found the breakfast included variety on the buffet and cooked foods.

organized tours birthday surprise varied breakfast
The staff arranged several cars and tours for me (i was short on time). vivian even arranged a special surprise for my birthday. It was heartwarming. the free breakfast offered a lot of variety. I always found something new to try each morning.

rooftop bar city views beer voucher cash only basic breakfast aged bread
i really enjoyed the rooftop bar. the views of the city were great. there was music at the right volume.. we enjoyed cocktails as the sun set. free beer voucher was a nice touch for your first drink.
the cash only hotel really limited my experience. the breakfast was basic and not so tasteful. i found the bread a few days old. the pool also doesn't match the pictures.

Excellent City Stay
attentive staff complimentary minibar punctual transfer comfortable transport
The front desk staff provided really good service throughout my stay. They promptly addressed every question and request I had. My room included a minibar stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. Airport transfer arranged by the hotel was punctual and comfortable.
The rooftop pool had limited seating available during peak hours.

mixed feelings about my stay
stale pastries lacking staff
the location was convenient.
i was a bit let down by the breakfast. the pastries seemed stale, and finding what i needed was a hassle. the staff often needed prompting to refill items like tea bags.
