helpful staff super clean room delicious omelettes
The staff was helpful with luggage storage before my train. They also allowed me early breakfast upon my return from sapa. The room was consistently super clean. Breakfast included particularly delicious omelettes.

I thought the location was perfect! the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. my room had a comfy bed and a clean bathroom, which i appreciate! i also enjoyed the breakfast. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.

small room size insistent staff
the location was quite convenient.
the breakfast lacked variety , and the room size felt smaller than expected for the price. i also found a cockroach in the bathroom , which was quite concerning. the staff at the spa seemed overly insistent on tips.

welcome juice lovely breakfast
the front desk staff offered a map upon arrival. they explained different points of interest. i also appreciated that the door was frequently opened for me when i was entering or leaving the hotel. the breakfast offered both buffet items and made-to-order options. i enjoyed the dishes that were prepared fresh. the room was bright and clean.
