i appreciated the helpful reception team, jenny, zoe, chloe, and leo were amazing. they always had a smile. the hotel is spotlessly clean and the pool is quite enjoyable after sightseeing. breakfast changes every day, providing variety. the location is great for train street, the ho chi minh mausoleum, and restaurants.
there was a tiny hiccup with room service being a tad slow one evening, but it was quickly resolved.

the staff are attentive and the location is central. the food was good i especially enjoyed the strong coffee. leo and peter provided excellent support throughout my stay a true romantic getaway
my t-shirt went missing during the washing service and they couldn't find it before my departure. they gave all the best to find it. they insisted to pay for a taxi to the airport as an apology though

the staff was attentive. i left luggage to enjoy a day trip and could shower at the pool when i returned. this was particularly helpful after a hot day plus a sleeper bus that night. the buffet offered plenty of delicious options.
the noise from outside was noticeable. i was happy to be on the tenth floor.
