the rooms were nicely decorated and the bathrooms were also quite well done.

The facilities felt disappointing. The chairs outside were quite uncomfortable. the outlets were worn down, difficult to keep chargers plugged in properly. the breakfast options for vegetarians were also very poor, with limited variety and seemingly little understanding of vegetarian cuisine.

the free bike hire was a plus. it allowed me to explore the area at my own pace (and get some exercise).

the noise was a real issue. karaoke music blared from a nearby village until late, ruining any chance of peace. the room needed more power sockets, and the toilet flush was weak. i found this quite frustrating.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the free bikes provided a great way to explore the nearby villages. breakfast included many vietnamese and western dishes to choose from, a nice touch.

The coffee was only available as filter, i found it barely warm. the only coffee option being filter was a letdown. there wasn't a great variety beyond vietnamese food at the restaurant. My husband found it limiting.

The staff provided really good service. They were always attentive and helpful. Bicycle rentals are free, awesome for exploration of the nearby villages. The main pool offered a refreshing experience after a day of exploring. I found the spa services relaxing, with treatments at reasonable prices.

The coffee options at breakfast were somewhat limited to filter coffee.
