the staff were alright, i guess. the location was decent, i could walk to some shops.
the room was so small, i swear i tripped over my suitcase constantly. trying to open the bathroom door was a whole operation that needed planning. i've seen bigger closets.

I adored the location near the metro station. It made getting around so simple. the room had elegant furnishings and felt very generous in size! the bed was so comfortable. I slept soundly each night. the staff, especially eduard, nadine, and phillip, were attentive and responsive to every need.
The carpeting in the staircase shows a bit of wear. I noticed a few spots that could use some attention.

The location was convenient, right by a metro station. the staff displayed really good friendliness. They were the best I encountered (their attentiveness was heartwarming). i felt welcome, and they assisted me with every request. the breakfast included fresh croissants. They were quite amazing.

I adored the hotel's perfect location, close to everything! The staff was friendly and so helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety of pastries , fruit, coffee, juice and eggs. The charming room had a courtyard, comfortable bed, nice furnishings and bathroom with a separate shower and tub.
The hotel's hallways have rugs that are worn, torn , and potentially dangerous.

I appreciated the convenient location near metro and bus stops.. this made exploring easy. The staff at the front desk and breakfast area were cute. The hotel provided a full-service espresso machine and afternoon desserts in the lobby. The breakfast was quite good with pleasant staff.
The price was a bit high , and the city tax increased from what was initially shown when i booked.
