convenient location friendly staff glass ceiling comfortable bed

i stayed for several nights and found the location convenient with easy access to public transportation. the staff seemed friendly and readily available. the restaurant's glass ceiling provided a pleasant dining atmosphere and i found complimentary water bottles, a nice touch. the room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

the elevator was a bit small, it barely fit three people with luggage.

The front desk staff was always polite and attentive. They smiled consistently. a staff member, laurent, was particularly helpful in the restaurant. i noted that christian provided really good service, he accommodated requests efficiently.

The hotel featured a lovely indoor pool and spa area. The restaurant offered exquisite food and expertly prepared cocktails. I particularly appreciated the attentiveness of Laurent, the restaurant waiter, who was very quick to address our needs.

The single elevator available was somewhat small. It could only accommodate a few people with luggage at once. This sometimes led to waits, especially during peak hours.

i really enjoyed the complimentary water and fresh towels everyday. the ac unit was great, it kept the room so cool (i really needed that after those hot days). i also loved that there was chromecast tv in the room, that was a great addition.

The restaurant was quite busy. Getting a table sometimes required a longer wait than expected.

amazing space helpful staff travel needs

I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with its amazing outdoor space. The staff helped us secure an early room at 10 am, I appreciate it. The front desk staff, specifically Danielle and Francois, helped meet all my travel needs with enthusiasm.

The air conditioning was programmed to not work during certain months. This was unfortunate, it affected the room temperature.
