poor tv channel selection missing slippers

My stay had some shortcomings. i found the room lacked basic amenities. there were no robes or slippers provided. also, the television had a poor channel selection. This was disappointing after a long day.

convenient access bright atrium delicious meal nice service

I walked to the terminal in minutes, a real plus with my early flight. the atrium is excellent, very open and bright. i enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant, the service was really nice. The staff were attentive. the room had great light and runway views!

the digital key process needs work. i had to go to reception anyway and reconfirm my card. it added unnecessary steps.

Acceptable stay. Some issues present.

slow service poor channel selection

I needed to request a toothbrush and toothpaste. I waited almost one hour for these items to arrive. I wanted to brush my teeth, shower, and go to sleep. I found that the cold pizzas were the only room service options after 11pm! The television took a long time to load, and the tv channel selection was poor.

polite service big windows

The lobby bar service was really good, Marko was very polite. He was helpful and friendly. The hotel accommodated pets on New Year's Eve. My normally anxious pets were calm watching the fireworks from the big windows.

The hotel charged 4 euros for a very small bottle of water.
