the rooms were newly renovated and clean! filtered plain and sparkling water was always available! breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly.
the hotel employee could not help me carry my suitcase up the stairs. It was a struggle. the carpet in the room was stained with dirt. the fire alarm got set off when a guest ran a particularly hot shower.

The room was very clean and nicely designed. I found little extras like a coffee machine and sparkling water available 24 hours a day. The saunas and fitness room rounded off my stay. Staff provided tips on dining options and proactively asked if everything met my satisfaction (I really appreciated that).
The rooms are small, but quiet. I found that there was an issue with the beds that affected my sleep. When I made the reservation, I asked for twin beds and it was confirmed. upon arrival, I was given a double bed. I went to reception, and they changed it to two single beds (each measuring 80 cm), which was uncomfortable.

the reception staff were always so cute. razak especially. our room was clean and felt quite spacious, a real treat. i was so grateful when the staff found my phone charger, they returned it so quickly. i really recommend this hotel.
We had to carry our bags up a short flight of stairs.

Complimentary coffee and water were available throughout the day. This was such a thoughtful touch! the breakfast room was bright, too. fresh juice and pastries were also provided. A good start to our mornings.

The staff displayed genuine care and attention throughout our stay! they were happy to assist with directions and recommendations. Their warm attitude. i am forever grateful for their kindness.

The staff were kind. the room was spacious for the location. It was also very clean. i liked that the hotel is close to two metro stations, which makes getting around easier.
the room we had was not cleaned one day, even though we left the sign to have it done. this was inconvenient. i had to carry my suitcase up some stairs.
