a wonderful HOTEL experience!
pretty courtyard fresh option relaxing space
i enjoyed the pretty courtyard a LOT. The varied breakfast included ALL fresh options. The terrace offered a nice space to relax, and i liked its design.
The dinner service was not available when i needed it, which caused slight inconvenience.

balanced experience with some drawbacks
kind staff spacious room excellent location small room concierge absence obstructed view
the staff was kind. my room was spacious and clean. i found the hotel to be in an EXCELLENT location, very close to public transport.
my room was small. THERE is no concierge service. the eiffel tower view was partially obstructed by a building.

the staff was super friendly. tariq at reception was especially helpful. the location offered convenient access to transport.

Acceptable stay with issues
I ran into a few problems. The dinner service stopped early, and I was told ordering wasn't possible at 21:45 even though the menu said 22:30. the staff member I spoke to was rude and unhelpful, and this.

adequately maintained, some issues noted
clean room comfortable bed closed order no offering
the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the staff was friendly and the location was good, near transportation.
dinner was supposedly available until 22:30. however, at 21:45, i was told food orders were closed and i came from a full day of meetings. i was not offered even a bag of crisps. OH dear!

excessive minibar prices broken ice machine
i was quite annoyed. i found the minibar prices excessive. a small bottle of water cost almost eight euros. this struck me as exploitative. the ice machine was also broken. it was quite an inconvenience on a warm day. i also felt the breakfast buffet, at 30 euros, was overpriced considering its limited options.
