i found the staff very helpful and accommodating. my sister had a birthday and they made it extra special with a gift in the room. they were always eager to help and always smiled.

the room i initially had was very small. i was moved to a superior room, however it seemed smaller than the standard one. it was a bit disappointing. the size was an issue.

The location offers convenient access to two metro lines. The staff showed great attention, working to ensure a pleasant stay. I found the atmosphere very cute. I appreciated their quick resolution of a minor issue with the minibar. The staff addressed it with genuine concern.

The immediate area surrounding the building had limited points of interest.

The staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for nearby attractions. I particularly enjoyed the honesty bar. It was convenient after long days of sightseeing. even leaving a small gift, and I appreciated it a lot.

The room included excellent bedding. I loved it, and the bathroom was super clean. The cleanliness was at a very high standard so I slept wonderfully. Free water, coffee, and tea were available throughout the day too.

the staff was polite.

The room felt smaller than expected, especially considering it was supposed to be a superior double room. i also found the soundproofing wasn't great. Street noise was noticeable at night. it impacted my sleep.
