warmth deficiency impractical design
The location was acceptable. Great employees worked in the bar and at breakfast.
The front desk staff had a serious warmth deficiency. There were no smiles. They also lacked patience and made no cute gestures. I also observed one staff member raise their voice at a colleague while they were supposedly assisting me. A shower with an impractical design added to the discomfort.

a charming stay
prime location a la carte options fitness center spa experience
the staff remembered my preferences, it felt personalized. the location near the arc de triomphe made exploring easy. the breakfast had a lovely selection of a la carte options. the fitness center and spa offered a complete wellness experience, it was relaxing.
The parking at €60 per day felt quite expensive. I think it could be better priced.

the hotel is one block from the arc de triomphe. several prime locations are easily walkable from the hotel. the metro is easily accessible, and i found it very convenient. it made getting around effortless.
