the location was CENTRAL and convenient for many restaurants and shops.

i waited an hour for my room even though i communicated the check-in time. the room was set up for two people even though i booked a junior suite for three people. the cleanliness of the room was not adequate for a five-star hotel , and there was a dirty sock under the bed.
