The location offered convenient access to shopping destinations. The reception staff were notably friendly and helpful, a detail I cherish in my travels.

There were water noises during the night. It was difficult for me to sleep soundly. The air conditioning did not function properly . This made the room less comfortable.

the ground rooms are noisy, it's better to get a room in first floor. i also found the room service limited.

i appreciated the proximity to various attractions. THE concierge arranged transportation easily. Breakfast was yummy with good selections. i also enjoyed the charming street views. the location was unbeatable for exploring.

I recommend using the stairs if you can.
