stained carpetnon-functional fridge

The twin room i booked had beds that could NOT be separated. This was quite inconvenient. the initial room assigned to me was not clean. The carpet had noticeable stains and the fridge was non-functional. i reported it, and i received a different room the next day, a definite improvement.. the service was not great! however, considering they knew it was a special occasion, a better room should have been provided initially.

The bathroom door did not open properly. This caused inconvenience. the bathroom trash can was broken as well. i also noticed there was no ironing table available.

the staff was helpful (and always smiling). the location was also convenient for accessing public transport.

the room i got was quite disappointing. the bathroom was tiny and felt cramped and the shower leaked all over the floor. also, the soundproofing was poor so i could hear street noise all night, this made it hard to sleep.

The breakfast was a letdown, some items were missing by 9 am and were not refilled. Staff seemed unavailable so I had to find plates myself. our room door would not lock from the inside at night. It was supposed to be fixed, but nobody came.

The room was very clean. The front desk staff helped a lot with restaurant recommendations and transportation assistance. The hotel's proximity to the train station made walking easy. I appreciated this easy access.

I booked a twin room. The beds could not be separated and this was uncomfortable.
