The kitchenette had only two of everything like plates and cutlery. I expected more for a self-catering villa. there wasn't even a toaster. also, the hot water took ages to come through. I almost considered showering at home!

slow service dusty room

The service felt quite inconsistent. Getting a simple request fulfilled sometimes took an unreasonable amount of time. One day, I asked for an extra towel and waited over an hour. The room wasn't as clean as I expected, either. I noticed dust in several areas and the bathroom mirror had smudges.

The room was amazing , especially the size. It was convenient when traveling with family. The outdoor pool was a very nice amenity. Ramiz, the manager, stood out because of his professionalism and calm approach. I appreciated Ani's kindness and warm service.

I noticed some noise coming from neighboring rooms.

The reception services in the lobby are PRESTATIVE and attentive. The 24-hour concierge service via WhatsApp is quite efficient. Housekeeping does an excellent job , keeping the rooms clean.

My room offered a functional layout. The air conditioning worked very well, maintaining a consistent temperature. I found two bottles of water provided daily. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower.. that was useful after a long day.

I noticed some minor wear on the furniture, particularly in the corners of the desk.

The gym had a selection of cardio equipment. I counted four treadmills and three elliptical machines. There was a variety of weight machines as well. The pool area featured about 25 sun loungers and several umbrellas, ensuring guests had shaded options.

The hotel is well-kept. The gym is excellent. It had multiple treadmills and weight machines. I found the staff very attentive to my needs. A staff member quickly addressed my concerns and resolved them efficiently. I appreciated the spacious and clean room.

I initially had trouble finding the light switches in the room.

the room included two separate sinks. the rainfall shower was also wonderful. davinder and kulwinder from the housekeeping team were great. they covered all our needs.
