The service felt quite inconsistent. Getting a simple request fulfilled sometimes took an unreasonable amount of time. One day, I asked for an extra towel and waited over an hour. The room wasn't as clean as I expected, either. I noticed dust in several areas and the bathroom mirror had smudges.

The room was amazing , especially the size. It was convenient when traveling with family. The outdoor pool was a very nice amenity. Ramiz, the manager, stood out because of his professionalism and calm approach. I appreciated Ani's kindness and warm service.

I noticed some noise coming from neighboring rooms.

My room offered a functional layout. The air conditioning worked very well, maintaining a consistent temperature. I found two bottles of water provided daily. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower.. that was useful after a long day.

I noticed some minor wear on the furniture, particularly in the corners of the desk.
