clean room soft pillows

i found the room very clean. the sheets felt nice and the pillows were very soft, though the staff brought me a firmer pillow when i asked. i noticed they even added some flowers to my room, which charmed me.

the room felt a bit humid, it was slightly uncomfortable. we had the ac on, but it didn't change much. this was a VERY small issue.

poor housekeeping slow kettle delivery

The house keeping here is not up to snuff. I found I had to wait an eternity just for a water kettle. When I returned at night, my room remained uncleaned. With this kind of service, I think 3 stars hotel is a more accurate rating. Don't expect luxury for what you pay.
