Really good Hotel Experience

The breakfast buffet features many options. I like the cozy glass roof in the igloo. A diverse range of activities are also available. We found great opportunities to discover nature that is amazing.

Some staff members are unhelpful and bordering on rude. An upgrade was given, however, it placed our room near a building that features bright lights. This situation ruined any possibility of a ceiling view due to bright light.

The Kammi Glass Igloo Suite includes a comfortable bed and a seating area. The bathroom has heated floors, a rainfall shower, and complimentary toiletries. The panoramic glass roof offers really good views.

The staff at the Activity Center were helpful. They provided information on excursions. Restaurant staff were attentive and able to accommodate dietary restrictions. The front desk provided quick check in.
