great location comfortable bed attentive staff useful fridge loud noise crazy temperature

The location was great. It was close to the harbor. the room included a fridge, useful. i found the bed comfortable. breakfast was good overall, and the staff were attentive.

the room heated up during the day, and there was no air conditioning. i had to open the window, but it was noisy outside. drunk fans were loud. also, the sun reflected into the room all night.

The receptionist was PLEASANT and helpful.

The breakfast cost extra. I paid for it. but it was very ordinary. It was disappointing. I had to use earplugs to get any sleep.

the room was clean. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety.

the walls had quite a few marks, which wasn't appealing. it got warm in the room. there was no air-conditioner and loud music from a downstairs bar kept me awake until 2am. i expected better from this chain.
