a stay with mixed results

noisy location empty minibar

The location was quite noisy at night. I could hear everything happening outside. the room service was also disappointing. My order was incorrect and took a long time to arrive. the staff were polite, though not particularly proactive in resolving these issues. also the minibar was empty upon arrival, i found that to be an oversight.

slow service ledge incident

the hotel location IS convenient. It is close to many attractions and public transportation, easy to get around the city.

the food and beverage service WAS unacceptable. i waited 25 minutes for a simple drink and it looked staff were NEVER available on the rooftop terrace. also, i observed customers placing their drinks dangerously on the ledge without any intervention from the staff, SOMETHING which concerned me

adequate stay

great view perfect location poor bedding coffee quality

the room was huge and it had a great view. the location is perfect, i found. it's a good spot to start exploring the surrounding area.

the in-room amenities weren't great, i thought. the quality of coffee wasn't the best, and the bedding could be better. the hotel itself didn't have amenities that justified its price, it seemed.
