I appreciated the staff's attentiveness. Laura from reception helped us by marking interesting spots on a map (I found this very thoughtful). All staff were amiable and supportive.
The room location was on a main street. Monday nights were noisy because of the constant bin lorries (it was difficult to sleep). The room did not block the sound.

The hotel held our luggage when we arrived before check-in. This allowed us to explore. The room had a separate tub and shower. This was convenient. The balcony provided a nice space to relax. The staff gave excellent directions.
The room overlooked the main street, and bin lorries created noise at night.

The breakfast service was REALLY slow. It took forever to get coffee. The staff didn't seem too concerned about the delays. the gym is tiny. It had limited equipment. Only one treadmill and a few weights. Made it difficult to get a proper workout.
