excellent hotel experience

comfortable bedrooftop terrace viewsexcellent breakfast

i found the staff cute and helpful the room had a very large comfortable king size bed an additional bed accommodated my son breakfast stood out with really good quality and value for money the spa facilities were amazing and the staff were friendly i enjoyed magnificent views from the rooftop terrace. the location provides ease of access to major attractions museums and restaurants

i observed no shadings on windows and a lack of fine details such as no paper coaster under glasses or complete cleanliness

The location was great. It provided easy access to many points of interest.

The triple room was not well designed, it had a useless bed right under the tv. It was impossible to sleep there without hitting your head. The manager offered an upsell instead of finding a solution, this was unhelpful.

the staff was so friendly and helpful, especially with directions and local recommendations. the rooftop pool provided amazing views both day and night. i even had dinner up there on two nights (the view made it extra special!).
