i found the room spacious it had a balcony view that was amazing i saw greenery water and birds i could hear natural sounds the food was delicious the room service was very fast and good the food service impressed me very much the cleanliness was top notch i never found anything dirty
i waited in the reception for one hour i wanted the room card i received one room card i got the other room card after four hours every time the room card did not work i had to stay outside for twenty minutes i waited for staff to provide a new card this made me unsatisfied with the stay

The hotel grounds were meticulously maintained, the resort offered a visually appealing environment. our room service was prompt and the food arrived hot, a great convenience. i appreciated the wide variety of options available at the breakfast buffet. There were many choices.
the water pressure in our shower was inconsistent, it fluctuated unexpectedly. there were not enough sunbeds available by the pool, people reserved them early. the wifi signal was patchy and unreliable, especially during peak hours.

The breakfast became a bit of a chore. staff seemed overwhelmed, and keeping the buffet stocked was a real struggle. certain items ran out quickly and refills were slow. I really wanted some decent coffee, but the machines were constantly out of order? also, our room wasn't as clean as i would have hoped. There was noticeable dust in corners and under the furniture. it.

i found the resort theme unique it created a cute atmosphere. the staff were very friendly throughout my stay. they were always smiling and positive. the seating outside for dining was pleasurable.
i found that at times it was difficult to get immediate buggy service within the resort.

the staff at the front desk were helpful they quickly addressed my questions. i noticed rehaan particularly attentive around the pool. balu in the buggy service was very friendly ensuring guests were comfortable and reached their destinations easily.
