Comfortable Stay With Excellent Amenities

The building exterior catches the eye. The room was spacious. I appreciated the buggy service available on the premises, and the welcome cake in the room was delicious. The hotel's proximity to Emirates Palace and Marina Mall was convenient. I also found Qasr Al Watan nearby.

I noticed a lack of coordination among some staff members. It took about two hours for my bags to arrive in my room after check-in. I had to call to follow up. I mentioned my anniversary upon arrival, but nothing was prepared until I called again.

The hotel is located close to several key attractions. Emirates Palace, Qasr al Watan, and Marina Mall are easily accessible, really useful. I did not need to spend extra time in transit to reach these locations.

The hotel has multiple pools plus a beach area. There were many activities available for both adults and children. This made it easy to find something to do, but the pools didn't have depth that was suitable for swimming

the room had everything i needed. my superior room provided a nice space. our housekeeping was consistent, they always kept the room tidy. the mini bar includes soda and water, this was refreshed daily.

the gym had old equipment. i was unable to fully complete my workout routine. the maintenance should improve its facilities.

the food was good there i suppose i stayed in beautiful room corniche view.

I asked for a late check out but they totally ignored me. then a manager came to assist, he was a very nice guy though. breakfast felt very poor, especially the selection for an international breakfast. I had to practically beg for coffee service.

the design of the place was really good. my room had beautiful city view. the room was spacious and clean.

the room service was not good at all. refilling the mini-bar took a lot of time. the mini-bar had only two waters, two cokes and two beers.
