easy access helpful staff spacious room tasty option

the location allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff were helpful with directions and suggestions. i liked the spacious room with comfortable furniture. bathroom fixtures were modern with good water pressure. i found the breakfast options tasty with plenty of choices.

the bottled water had a charge after finishing the first one i bought

the room lighting was dim i found it difficult to read. i had problems with the shower temperature it fluctuated a lot. there was also significant noise from the hallway i could hear other guests frequently.

The room I booked, a so-called Junior Suite, felt quite small, a fact somewhat excused by staff due to "high occupancy. " This explanation didn't lower the surprisingly high price. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked attentiveness during check-in.

I really enjoyed the hotel's central location. i also appreciated the room's good bathroom layout. the spa facilities looked quite clean. it was relaxing. I really liked it

I noticed the bottled water in the room cost extra. It had a €3 charge after finishing the first one. i didn't expect this, but i wish i would have been told at check-in about this fee for the water.

wonderful historic hotel experience

central location comfortable room friendly staff

the hotel's location was excellent providing easy access to various attractions shops and restaurants. the superior room was comfortable and well appointed i especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere it provided. i found the staff friendly and always available to assist with any requests.

the parking space was a bit tight it required careful maneuvering when entering and exiting the lift.
