beautiful layout hotel grounds

the suite rooms are amazing! i had an ultimate pool villa with a beautiful layout. the beach views were great and the hotel grounds are well maintained

i reminded me of i had to ask many questions on arrival about how to spend my time before check in! it would have been simpler if i had received some guidance on shower facilities

well maintained hotel golf cart useless app communication issue

the hotel was maintained well. golf carts drove us around since the hotel is quite large.

The bonvoy chat app proved almost useless. Requests seemed to vanish. there appear to be issues with staff training or communication. it seemed like whatever we asked just disappeared.
